Bevan Brittan advises Endure on Funding deal for major Teeside industrial estate acquisition nears the finish line.
Funding advisors have confirmed that the purchase of a Teeside industrial estate, which could create up to 200 new jobs, has moved a step closer.
Endure, advised by experts from Bevan Brittan, says the agreement of a £4m bridging loan will enable Wilton Universal Funding to find longer-term funding to secure its acquisition of the 58-acre site on Haverton Hill.
