    Who are we?

    Gary Macnair - An experienced commercial lender, Gary spent over 30 years in corporate banking before making the move into the alternative lending sector.

    Our aim is to provide businesses with a finance solution that enables them to achieve and exceed their goals. We offer non-regulated loans for Bridging and Development, loans from our own funds with a quick turnaround, short lines of communication and a simple credit process- all things you wouldn’t get from a bank. We are not a broker.

    We have no predetermined lending or pricing structures. Instead, we create solutions tailored to the individual needs of both the lender and the borrower. We respond quickly and appropriately to the borrower’s needs, remaining mindful of any time constraints they are under.
